The firm has completed thousands of food service projects including: fast food and full service restaurants, commercial kitchens, commissaries, cafeterias, mess halls, take out bars, snack kiosks and juice stores.

We are also proud to have partnered closely with the Los Angeles Archdiocese on hundreds of architectural and engineering projects ranging from small 400 square foot restroom renovations to new, 30,000 square foot sanctuaries. Our firm provides a full range of services from small disabled access compliance upgrades to full master planning.

Googie Modern Architecture

Helping turn Googie Modern from a regional quirk into a defining symbol of mid‑century American optimism, our firm was at the epicenter of this architectural movement. What began as a playful, futuristic style for coffee shops and roadside eateries became, Googie Modern a full architectural language—one that celebrated American car culture, space‑age ambition, and the joy of everyday spectacle. Our teams didn’t just design buildings; we crafted experiences meant to catch the eye, lift the mood, and embody a future people were eager to believe in. The Googie Modern movement captured bold lines, dramatic roofs, and glowing signage which helped it become iconic touchstones of mid‑century modern life.
